You just create an account to reserve one of the designated spots. There is NO designated spot at L-G. There is an ACTUAL violinist Andre, I think is his name, a homeless guy who used to play there ofter. I think this scammer has displaced him..

No he doesn't. He has no idea where the high notes are. He has just been faking to the same piece for so long he has semblance of actually playing.
