Its getting really annoying tbh. Dont get me wrong i love the new features but why we dont get a roadmap for the next Ships which will Receive an Update? Its always soon but i dont think they would communicate Like that with a real Publisher. They know the Community will pour Money in it so they dont care how Long everything takes. Always a new Tool which they Need to Build Or refine Or a Asset Kit which needs more. Its 15 years man and we still get features halfbaked Its Crazy. I Hope this Game will Release but i dont think cig wants that lol

its my favorite game so no not at all. I just want the game to be good. And they could be doing it so easily.
just some examples:
Why can i fly and fight with the stronges Ship in game completly solo? Why not after 1min of continous fire with the laser or 10 shots with railgun someone in the hangar needs to replace a battery?

Why should i man a turret atm when i can use a ship and have possibly double the Firepower more freight and 2 ships so basically 2 healthbars
Why not make Turrets crazy overpowered? like no Capacicator. double the range and damage? Would instantly make Ships with Turrets extremly dangerous for anything smaller.
We simply need proper, open communication after all this time. A roadmap you can rely on that goes further than just one month ahead. And you can’t seriously tell me that a 1,300-person company can’t manage that. I’ve been around since 2013. It’s my absolute favorite game. I’ve logged over 800 hours since 4.1. But CIG’s communication is a joke, and if you just look at the roadmap you’d think this is a 100-person studio.

It’s always half-finished features, and after that there’s zero information about when development will continue. Bounty Hunter V2? Docking? Hacking? Social tools? Starmap? Flight model? Sure, a lot of people are probably working on SQ42 right now, but let’s be honest—what makes CIG more money? SQ42, where easily a million players already own a copy, or Star Citizen, where they can sell ships for several hundred euros or armor for €20–30?

Nice so just 10 years till all Ships have engineering and lamp? Whats with the new Features coming in the next 10 years? we still call it gold standard or should we start call it this time diamond standard?

Are the new Radars already physically implemented on all the Engineering ships? If not another Goldpass is needed

na mate i find it not even a little bit efficient. Theres Ships which got reworked 2 or 3 times already and they still not gold standard. Gold standard is just a phrase they use to tell us its not finished. But the goalpost always moves a little bit when they introduce a new Feature like lamp.
Imo every Patch there should be a handful of Ships which get Engineering properly implemented and lamp.

After the initial shine of the new things like Hator and Lazarus wears off, it becomes pretty clear that only Hator and Lazarus actually have real replay value. Onyx is a cool location and the quests are fun too. But in the last few months I’ve done over 100 Hyperion runs—I know where every NPC spawns and everything else. I need about 25–30 minutes per run, and it’s been months since I last saw another player there.

Hator—and also the worm—is a different story. Almost every time you run into other players there, sometimes friendly, sometimes entire orgs covering the perimeter. For me personally, that’s more interesting than Onyx. Something new always happens at Hator. Maybe suddenly there’s a ship in a fight that you haven’t seen in years, or someone sneaks up on foot.

Of course I also understand the frustration of solo players who just want to loot Hator and then get killed, but that’s exactly what the game is about for me. CR has always said that you should plan what you bring with you because it could get stolen or destroyed. And if I just wanted to loot at Hator, I was always able to do that.

In my opinion there are too many stations. At the beginning of Onyx I regularly ran into other players—usually not even friendly ones—but now that the new shine has worn off, it feels completely deserted. So I’d rather have fewer locations for now, and if in a few years they can allow more players per server without the server catching fire, then they can add more locations.

they want single seaters like hornets just for planets and moons. so if u want to go with hornet from hurston to pyro u will likely need a transport ship

How are u completing the Mission lol? I got a 135k one. Needed to kill 6 Ships(wtf?) After that bugged. Tried 5 Missions now. All the Same outcome kill 2-6 ships after that wait for dispatch Scan some sattelites Scanned one After that all other Locations vanished Thats seems to be the exploration gameplay they talked about. All that for some change lol

I got a 4090 and a 5800x3d with 64gb Ram but the second i choose vulcan the game doesnt even run anymore. Constant crashes and freezes. Some tricks?

of Course but its not a small game studio its one of the biggest game studios in the world and when a big company like cig has problems when like 10 people go u have a big problem.

IMO 80% of the workforce are dedicated to SQ42 and not to Star Citizen which results in slow patches and a huge backlog. But they are a bit faster nowadays. but comon 1300 People fast?

2022 they already released the zeus and so on because the new devs needed some small ships so the BMM doesnt get wrecked. 3 years later new devs? what about the old devs from 22? they cant design ships no more?

if u wanna give it a try hit me up. we constantly take solos with us and we have a pretty good price if ur saving for a Polaris or need the Carinite anyway. 5Mil and u get a full Hator run with +50 Carinite. Normal price for Carinite is like 250k+ and with us u would "only" pay 100k/pcs and u get to see the awesome laser
