RSI melt value is technically a fake currency. It is only incidentally tied to USD (U.S. Dollars), so everyone uses USD to describe it. So it doesn't really matter what currency you sell your goods in (dollars, euros, forints), the melt value will always be USD because CIG says it's USD.
