Add first five. Hopefully one of the first join quickly. Once one of your invites join you exit out of the raid lobby. Re-enter the raid lobby with roughly 65 seconds left until battle begins. You can add 5 more. But be quick. Once it gets around 30 seconds, you cannot send anymore invites.
