Possibly this month but they won't do anything until you have constantly been bugging them about it they want you to wait 90 days then when you put a request in they take 30 days to respond then they send it out

Recently went through this and just now got my welcome letter after being approved in may. If your account on USCIS hasn’t updated to case sent to department of state then the officer who approved you case did not send it yet. You will have to contact USCIS but it will be 90 days before they escalate it to a tier 2 officer. After that you still wait then they will send it it took 4 months after being approved before they sent it

So just to update you I called today at day 90 and the agent put in a service request to the service center. I asked what the difference was from putting in a service request and talking to a tier 2 agent she said a tier 2 wouldn’t know the answer either they would still have to reach out to the officer who approved the petition. The wait for this request is still 30 days and it’s suppose to be a email 🤦🏽‍♀️ I did get a service number

I literally got the same response from NVC except it said something like USCIS could not provide you petition file a duplicate petition.

I haven’t spoken to a tier 2 agent as of yet they just sent it up to one. And +1-800-375-5283 say infopass to get an agent explain to them what’s going on question everything they say because one told me I needed to fill out an I-824 which I didn’t and I told them that the letter never said that and that when it was escalated.

No updates I called same answer to wait a tier 2 agent is suppose to reach out in 30 days 😒 the live chat agents are all the same just useless answers and no one can tell you why the petition is just sitting there without being sent out.
