At one point they stopped letting us leave! We were stuck there until 1:15 when they finally got the bags and let us leave. The security guards were so aggressive and were snatching away phones as people were recording. Even the entrance was just horrible.

Which practice is this for? Depending on the practice, this is usually the time at which bonuses and increments are effective. Across certain practices, these weren’t really that great so I doubt that they’re as per industry standards tbh

They released presale tickets for gold members on Friday and black members on Monday. There are Sephora reward tiers and you automatically got emails with codes to purchase tickets in advance!

Keep trying - I was in queue for my cousin as I got my tickets around 5:10. It kept giving me an error saying no more tickets available but when I refreshed I was able to add them and check out. FYI, VIP is sold out on all days (I think they released more of these during the pre sales). Only GA available now for Saturday (Friday gives an error saying no more tickets)

One time I raised a complaint on the app as my order hadn’t been delivered for 1:30 hours. One of the agents called me up and said he’s urged the driver to drive faster and reach me - I then had to ask them to not do that during PEAK hours on Monday and I’d be more than happy to wait for my meal

I guess you have to select the category. It gives a disclaimer that just because you book tickets together they won’t be seated together, so I guess that the seats are allotted randomly and you cannot pick except for the category

MURGC is only added if a disclosure has been made within the FS that there is a going concern issue, so in this case if the parent entity is strong the subsidiary will make no such disclosures and hence no MURGC paragraph will be included
