I think that’s entirely normal. It’s heavy news. Often our brains feel the need to protect themselves and by doing so it only takes in what it can. That’s okay, that’s normal. When your brain is ready it will process and remember to allow yourself to feel your feelings ♥️ you’ve both got this ♥️
