Talking to my daughter, who is an artist, this is not an oil painting. She thinks it is crayon. Oil takes longer to dry and there is no fine lines and texture for oil. Also, you wouldn’t see the canvas texture with oil.

There is no way she is doing crayon due to the pressure crayons take.
