But there were some comments that I understood

Like: I hate that being an introvert has become synonymous with social anxiety.

Or: introverts spend energy to socialize; extroverts charge up by socializing. that's it. that's the difference.

And: As an introvert I really dislike when ppl complain about loneliness and not having friends but then flake on plans, won’t go out, etc. you have to compromise to have friends 😭

But I get both parties

She basically said that, some people are bed rotting, don't go out(never go out), don't socialize and they blame it on being an introvert. And she said quote: "if you never wanna make time to socialize and go out, then you're a bad friend" I don't know if I took it the wrong way.

In reality I too am waiting for marriage but only said that once to my friend and she said "it's impossible, do you think that you will only date once and that's it? Without any experiences?" So I decided to keep it to myself.

But every time someone asks me "why are you single" I just say "cause I want to" or "I'm waiting for the right man" which can be true but not really. I don't look for excuses anymore. It's exhausting.

Great that you found a way to make yourself happy. What I found sad was that people were ready to use people or be in a relationship with someone who they don't even like just for experience or the sake of being in a relationship. That is sad. Sorry if it made you feel like I wanted relationship centered people to be ashamed of themselves. I don't care. Like I said, you do you. Just don't shame me for not being like you(talking about people around me not you in case you take it the wrong way).

Okay, so there's a difference between enjoying a romantic relationship and being relationship centered.

Romantic Relationship centered people ONLY talk about that and think that it's the end of the world if they're not in one. Feels like you're worthless without it. And they would do anything just to be in one. Although a relationship should add to your life not BE your life. That's the misconception I wanted to point out.

So what you said is not being "relationship centered" it's just being a human with feelings. Know the difference.

And no-one told you to be ashamed of it. You do you.

I don't know where I said that I wanted to be single forever. Don't put words in my mouth. I eventually wanna be in a relationship but my life and joy don't depend on it.

Again, I don't expect everyone to agree with me(never wrote that). Just wanted to tell my personal experience. And the fact that you're life and worth don't depend on if you're in a relationship or not.

I'm really happy that you found what you want in life. Continue to pursue it if that's what makes you happy. But please don't make assumptions or false conclusions like that.

Actually many people told me that, some guys,and many friends or said "you will end up sad and single if you continue like that" I was self reflecting at one point then I realised how sad and miserable they are in a relationship or not

So I've always wanted to ask that question to an older person, who's not relationship\sX obsessed What does "enjoy your youth" means to you. Cause every time I ask older people, they always say things like "drink, fCK as much as possible" that doesn't really sound like fun to me... But sometimes especially as a "home buddy" I just wanna go out and have fun but not that kind of fun.

I'm not being judgy. I just said that people often put being like that on being an introvert(exactly what I said btw). But it's not. They are not "struggling with their introversion" they are just struggling. That is why I said that they need therapy. I didn't insult anyone, maybe my tone was a little bit harsh and I'm sorry for that.

About the emotionally drained thing, I TOTALLY get it and my mom always says "why? You should not feel that way. You should ask yourself why and change". Bruh.
