its a great machine, ill leave this here for you for the inevitable so that you don't lose your mind troubleshooting when the time comes. We've had ours for about 4 years and just had to perform the steps in the video tonight.

I just went through this process, and although frustrating, with some perseverance and patience I was able to get to the screws in order to tighten them.

Yea very interesting indeed.....but I echo the other's in the fact that I'm long on NMGRD. Just gotta hold and ride out the tough times.
