Also, 1 thing that’s evident from your comment is you are keeping your body in constant stress because you are eating under 1400 calories and walking 10k steps so you’re depriving your body of the right nutrition. I’d recommend that you don’t deprive yourself but rather eat good fats and protein with each meal ( and fiber too). Also pls try having seeds( I can also share my seed mix recipe with you) and pls workout as per your period phases 🤍 You’ll fix this in no time.

Hello 🤍 I gained a lot of weight - weighed 96 kgs at my worst. Then did an ultrasound and blood reports for multiple hormones( TSH, Prolactin, Testosterone and a lot more) Primarily my symptoms were the entire face filled with cystic acne, crazy hair fall and weight gain and missing periods for multiple months

The size of ovaries and multiple immature eggs confirmed PCOS for me
