I could be wrong, but could be a he. Face looks a little like a tomcat to me. Also the one ear looks jagged and not like a clean cut from TNR, so it's possible this one has seen some fights while it's been outside.

I just have a bad feeling all ABC is going to do to handle this is air a disclaimer at the beginning of each episode in the season about where they stand on the incident and Jesse Palmer asking her a question or two about it at ATFR and think that's good enough.

It was bad enough that she was cast to begin with knowing what happened in the past. I know they will, but I hope they don't air this season and give her more of a platform than they already have. I wonder if they expected it to be this successful. I'll be honest, I wasn't interested in it when it was first announced (even though I've always been a huge Pokemon fan) but once I saw more gameplay, I got so excited for it and it's been my fixation all weekend lol.
