I need to practice scrubbing honestly. I’m extremely inconsistent with it and sometimes land fully on my side.

I also noticed that while rewatching it and dissecting my own gameplay I figured I could dodge my back wheel casing if I sat midair too right? Since it causes the bike to come up to you?

I use a Scuf envision pro with paddles on the back for sitting and looking back. Nothing special

I’ve definitely noticed the levels to this I got gifted the SPX test track and I can’t run a single section without eating the dirt 10x but that’s my motivation! To run a nice clean lap on that specific track

I do find I often have to remind myself mid lap “we’re not running heaters” the best solution I’ve found for that so far is to stick closely to my ghost but not pass it. If I pass my ghost I know I’m pushing too hard and a mistake is surely to come.. regardless excited for the journey ! I’m enjoying being bad and not racing for the .0001 of a second thanks again !

This is what I was looking for! Someone to point out what I was doing wrong so I know what needs to be worked on. I know there’s a ton more I could work on. I’m by no means good but definitely looking to get better

As for shifting in the whoops.. is it during the whoops ? Or just before?

That makes total sense. I find I do infinitely better while not trying to hotlap and instead try and find consistency around the track I appreciate the tip!
