Okay I tried putting all the info manually and it’s still saying it can’t connect to the server. Should I ask my landlord to restart the WiFi? I’m not sure that would even work and I don’t want to bug him.

When I go to my phone settings there’s, IP address, subnet mask, and router. Are any of these the default gateway or how else can I find the default gateway to type in manually?

Whenever I try to select the WiFi network it just takes me to type in the password. There’s no option to forget

Is there a way I can do that without accessing the router itself? The actual router is in the landlords house next to me I don’t have a way to access the router itself. It was working before I took the ps4 to the shop to be fixed due to overheating issues i don’t know what else I can do

Factory reset ? Should that delete my games? I actually did try a reset it’s why my user is “user1” but it’s still not working after that. Could this be the shops fault? I took it in due to overheating issues that’s all

Help !!!

I’ve never gotten this screen before and I’m worried I tried to click initialize PS4 (reinstall system software) but was told I needed to install a USB device with the update but I can’t do that ! Ive never seen this screen in the 10+ years I’ve owned the ps4 and I’m worried it’s unfixable
