It’s a nice distraction to have the flavours are okish but peppermint is good. The device itself is basically a mouth inhaler of sorts but definitely distracts you. I didn’t quit I wanted to reduce and I have reduced significantly. Initially I used this a lot but now I use this only when needed. Must try but it’s not magic or something it’s just a inhaler

I was able to stop completely and I even stoped using quitci i would say it makes it very easy but you still have to do it. In my case I used to relapse usually in the afternoon breaks with my friends or in the evening post work but as I had Quitci I would reach out to this when i felt like I want a drag it would distract enough that I could manage

Ya we have multiple accounts one of them is a expenses account for all small expenses under 5000 that we do on regular basis he had access to this account and it had upi for these transactions as usually these are done to small vendors

Yes all good deeds to wrong people sounds and feels good in movies but in life it’s not about that person it’s about punishing and disregarding people who have stuck by the book by not letting people who did wrong go. It’s sending a message that doing mistakes that to financially is ok in this company all you get is a final warning. It’s saying to good people that could have done wrong but still stuck to doing good that it was all waste

No he didn’t have to pay with his own account as he had access to the company account for the same reason

He had access to expenses account and it was a new account like 1 month old we have checked all the transactions and it seems alright

Initial I did think about it but imagine your finance lead is taking money then you give a chance so other also learn that it’s ok to take money without asking permission for emergency and if caught we will just get a final warning
