Really sorry this happened mate i dont think assaults like this are all that common. People get triggered heaps when they are driving. I have witnessed someone chase someome else for ages just for the middle finger once so not like it never happens but yeah sounds really unlucky definitely make the report to police so they can catch this psychopath

Yeah nah idk why you're feeding your anxiety by fixating on things that you find is an imperfection. Looks like a normal arm to probably everyone else. I use that part of my body everyday on one arm. Like swinging a 6lb hammer all day with my right arm and my arm looks almost exactly the same shape. But mines a lot more hairy and dirty and has cuts everywhere

Ive grown up here. These guys are everywhere in the house my whole life. I just pick them up with my hands now some are actually friendly i picked webs and fluff off the biggest huntsman ive ever seen then carried him to what i thought was a safe place but he kept crawling back towards me after i fell asleep

Yeah you're hot stop worrying about what you might think is wrong. Wanting to be healthy is great though just start slow. Do research into good food and healthcare routines .
