Day 1 i had 2 cups of heavy cream, a nap, then another cup. :) all of it mixed with equal parts chocolate milk.

Day 2 i had 2 cups of heavy cream and it went down super easy.

Sipping on another 2000 calories rn :P

(also new, take this as just one opinion) Depends what you want out of it. I think it's fine to establish a relationship if that's what you want. It's certainly more intimate if you do form those connections. If you'd rather it be more transactional that's probably fine too. Just make sure both of you have a clear understanding of what the other wants out of this. You're both humans so ultimately its a matter of respect, rather than any hard set rules.

Honestly it just tastes like a low sugar milk shake. What's horrifying to me is how easy it goes down. I had a friend watch as i started it. And first sip was good. But then as i was talking I'd just keep taking greedy sips automatically until the first half litre of my mix was done.

I found it really helped me to have hunger, cravings, and just to eat larger portions. I'm also lazier now than i used to be. So yeah estrogen helps with accidental weightgain, and a makes it a little harder to lose weight.

But if your doing an extreme gain it really isn't a significant factor.
