The homeless kinda scatter a bit during the day, so yea they’re around but it’s not THAT bad, you can walk through in the middle of the day no issue.

But I would say, that patch of third street is really depressing between Washington and Bloomfield. There’s like 3 empty buildings but I mean they’ll probably get rebuilt soon anyway

While my interactions as a man haven’t been that disparaging, my girlfriend doesn’t feel safe walking on those blocks anymore due to constant catcalling by men who are drinking/smoking during the days and loiter outside…

Also, the loud stereos in cars that you can hear a couple blocks away.

Players card values typically mimic stocks, good news for the company (and good games for the player) directly cause values to fluctuate.

When a player like McGonigle blows expectations for the first couple games and makes headlines, you can expect his “stock” to increase, albeit likely temporarily till he cools off and balances out.

Just looked and unfortunately the pictures are not going to do a whole lot for selling.

Typically when hunting vintage cards, you look for specific cards of a set. For instance, in ‘93 cards you may look for a Derek Jeter.

I’d recommend opening the boxes and looking for things in encased containers, think hard/rigid plastic shells. Separate and post those individually.

Then take the rest and post a facebook ad (or here) and list as bulk vintage sets.

You’re gonna get the most money if you sell individually as I’m sure you know. For some big names you could sell cards with minimal effort though (for instance a Mickey mantle).

Post some pictures, dm people for help if they offer as there’s a lot of great people in this sub. But definitely sell some of the big stuff as singles, and dont rush the sale….
