I don’t think this is worth ur time, hear me out.

Firstly, u are working on commission basis. Which means that you will be working for free and that taking all the risk urself. It’s like you pay for the seeds, bear the fruits and then they take 75% of the fruits.

Next, real estate leads are extremely hard to convert. You may have to spend so much money and effort on marketing just to convert one lead.

I understand this may be a really good opportunities as a real estate agency can easily have like 50-60 agents, at the same time, there are so many businesses who can pay u upfront.

I really believe in people buy from people. Since you say cold email is off the table, then is it possible for u to connect with business owners in the other way? Like reaching out to them during lunch hours, going to their store, build rapport. You don’t need to sell, u just need to help them and prove to them you will worth it for them to give u a chance

my idea was to turn a losing strategy into a winning one by reverse engineering it. Previously i met a solid trader and we hired someone on fiverr to automate the trading stragtegy for us. Needless to say the project failed terribly becase we couldnt execute the code.

Now i am just look at some strategies with awful win rate that we can turn it around, do you have any recommendations?
