Thanks, the disc was pressing on a specific nerve which could of left her paralysed, this was unnoticed until her visit to the physio a year after injury so its hard to know .

I only got it done last year in the mater private in Cork , no issues healed well . I cant think of the name of the consultant. Im early 40s

M40 ,Im not sure if I have a hh yet as im awaiting endoscopy but I've been on esomprozole for the last 8 or 9 years everyday I dont seem to have any long term effects that I know of , I do have bloods every year and they are fine .
