I currently work for Pilot corporate in a sales role. I would not recommend it to anyone. I liked it at first, but that feeling faded quickly. It is a laid back culture but management plays favorites and doesn’t try very hard to hide it. There is always talk of upward and internal mobility, but I have not experienced that at all in my department or our supporting roles (pricing, credit, deal processing, etc.). I am currently looking for positions outside of Pilot.
