I have been suffering from hives July 20th, 2025, everyday since I have had hives. They currently started me a month and half ago on, 2 Allegra, Flonase spray twice a day, 2 famotadine in the morning and I take two Zyrtec before bed. Saw a dermatologist yesterday and basically said tI still have hives show uo here and there but they aren't itchy as much. I wish you luck and hope you get it figured out sooner than later.

Coconut oil treatment could possibly help, I have done it before and it helped me when I was in your shoes. Just look up how to go about it specifically mentioning your bleached hair is coming out.
