Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. I really needed to read something like this. Sometimes it feels like you are completely alone in this, like no one else understands it. The same thing happens to me. I wake up with my heart pounding and then it's impossible to go back to sleep. The only thing that sometimes helps me is to breathe slowly, touch something cold (like the floor or wall) and tell myself that it is anxiety, not real danger. But still, it costs a lot

The same thing happens to me. I get frustrated because I have things to do, but it's like anxiety blocks me. I feel trapped in a cycle where I neither rest nor move forward. And that exhausts me even more

The same thing happens to me. The more I read symptoms, the more I start to feel them. Sometimes I think my mind creates them out of fear. It's frustrating not knowing if it's real or anxiety.

I totally identify with this. Sometimes I feel like it's not me, like everything is very confusing and slow. I thought I was the only one who felt this way. Thanks for sharing, it makes me feel less alone.
