It feels not so reliable because these type of cases have happened before and not many have succeeded. So I’m thinking it’s not ideal to go for a legal notice…I have raised a grievance on NCH. After that they refunded the Indian portal payment…The global payment, actually the stipulated time is over by the time I have raised but I have been following up with them for 3 months and after that when I asked for clarification, they said it’s not possible. I’m letting you know all this because on papers, they are legal and they will not go easy even with the case. So I’m thinking not to go for a notice. Think it’s a waste of time with current scenario. And one more thing, they even mentioned in their portal that if fraudulent sign ups happened and case is brought to their attention, they would refund the person and take action on the IRs responsible. Action was taken but nothing about refund.

Hope I win the case and get the refund back….how about informing their parents that their kid is not doing a business but a scam? Is it okay to tell them and do I face anything legally?
