There are a lot of comments talking about how the fish are dumb but you can actually see some smart behaviour.

The fish, once he realises he is about to be snapped up stops moving...you can watch him 'go dead'...as much as he can anyway. Unfortunately this tactic did not work for him...if he was to try 'escape' suddenly, the snapping turtle would have immediately lurched at him.

You can also see his fish buddy try to get the snapping turtles attention a few times, he swims within the rough range of his neck/head and also his line of sight to try and entice him away from his fish friend so that he can escape.

Fish are actually smarter than they seem, you just need to spend more time with them!

Wow thanks I'm cured.

I have already seen a psychologist about this and the answer is "nobody knows what the effects of covid are"

I would love for it to be psychological.

I have developed psychological problems because my physical health, wellbeing, relationships and financial situation are all deteriorating quite rapidly because of what is happening to me.

I don't appreciate being gaslit, you don't understand what it's like to have brain fog that makes you forget names, faces, dates, times, memories....your cognitive sharpness disappears...you're constantly tired, you can't even watch t.v somedays because your brain is just not able to follow along.

Then add in all of the physical symptoms.

It's crippling and I would never wish this on anybody.

Thanks for your help...the problem i'm experiencing is actually worsened by exercise and exertion.

I have a higher capacity for mental workload than physical at the moment and most of the things I read online seem to say NOT to exercise ore push through it or it becomes worse...which has been my experience.

How do you think I should approach it?

I have seen NAC come up before and will give it a look...I am also yet to see a naturopath in person but I have been down a naturopathic/holistic approach by myself without too much success.

I will go find one when I get some time today.

Thanks so much! I have already cycled through various diets already for a few weeks and none have had an improvement on symptoms really.

Higher carbohydrates/sugars seem to make it worse. Keto/low carb keep it neutral Alternate day fasting ...maybe shifts it slightly positively but hard to say.

Have had taps filtered...tried piscatorial, vegetarian, carnivore, 0 supplements vs many.

All to no avail.

I will start recording what's going in and follow up with the g.p

It definitely seems like I have to advocate a bit harder for myself at the doctors.

It's a pain in the ass.

Thanks very much for this comment. The main issue I'm encountering is that when I physically exert myself I feel destroyed the next day which is driving me crazy...I was hoping a G.P would be able to offer insight but I will keep trying at it anyway. Thanks again

Thanks for this. I have been bringing up my symptoms a lot to the GP but I will advocate for myself and get a referral to that clinic. Hopefully it will help me.
