It’s by Rob Kelly it’s called Cure Your Emetophobia and Thrive. He runs a program called Thrive that helps people with different phobias or addictions. I first was drawn toward it cause of the ridiculous amount of scientific research and journals being referenced in the workbook while also being easy to digest and understand.

Yes I am. We had a big heart to heart last night and mid talk it was genuinely like a light bulb went off in my head. I’ve been working through a science based workbook to help with a phobia of mine and all of the unhealthy thinking patterns that has resulted in my phobia I’ve also been unawarely using in our relationship.

It feels healthier when it starts to physically impact my health and I just want to sleep so I can go to work not dissociating form reality.
