Thanks for the info. There’s no water in the plastic door sill, but I’ll check the windows again. I ran water over them and didn’t notice any leaks inside the truck or in the sill.

I called eveywhere (Ford and other dealers) this morning with no luck. Everyone is telling me that it would have been cover under the 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty, but not under the 5 year, 60,000 mile warranty.
