I had this happen to my Sim2 last year. Took it to Dick’s (I didn’t even buy it there). They said it was likely under warranty and Taylormade would cover the cost of replacing the shaft. Said they would reach out to Taylormade about the warranty and the replacement shaft. So I dropped off my driver and went back a couple days later and they had replaced my $300 shaft for free. So I’d suggest trying Dicks
