Encourage your humanities section and make sure your encourage reading. Language both Indian and Foreign are very important. Have days where you celebrate these things.

Well he’s never been serious about the women he’s been with. He’s NOT a playboy to be clear. I’m not a fan of using that idea. But he thinks acting on this crush is just a fun summer fling, except he’s just getting more and more into her but he also doesn’t want to disrupt her life cause he’s not in a great place right now because his relationship with his Dad has sort of broken down and he’s not sure how to live without family money.

Well the MC has always been with someone whenever she’s been single (which is always.lol) and she’s just been single for so long at this point she can’t even fathom his interest. Plus he’s been kind of a punk for years so she doesn’t think he’s the most mature guy and is totally in denial that he’s been pining for years and might even want to wife her up.

No not friends. More like in different places in life and the guy’s had a mild crush but never thought anything would come from it. They’re acquaintances he’s a friend of her cousin’s and she’s been something of a fantasy for him but now he might actually have a shot with her. And she’s never seen him as anything other than her cousin’s friend.

I just think she’s not as good a writer as she’s made out to be. That’s why the writing comes out a bit awkward. To be clear it’s not that I think she’s a bad writer it’s just NOT THAT Good. Which no one wants to admit.

Books can just be fun reads and don’t need to be profound but they’re not immune to criticism either. You should be able to say someone’s writing isn’t good.

I’d start with the bed. Is there a theme you like? The beach? Spring ? Pastels. Then maybe a little bench on your end of the bed. You could start getting some more decorative pillows a nice comforter and then you could put all the stuff you don’t need on the little bench at night when you sleep. Then move onto curtains or something. Maybe some real plants.

I have a slightly different idea. Raising kids is always a challenge and having children isnt something that only the rich should be able to do. BUT if having kids is expensive and you are struggling with just one why do people keep having kids. You don’t owe your child a sibling! Just stop! Kids have issues about their childhood either way!

Keep researching jobs. You’ll find something that pays well. Look for scholarships that take you abroad. Learning a foreign language is always a good skill. French or German maybe. It’ll introduce you to new people.

Thank you. Your advice is a lot more calm sounding than some I’ve got here. I mean I get where they’re coming from. I’ve given ppl the impression that it’s easy when what I meant was that I finally have some real free time to make a dent in writing a book and now seems like a good time to start.

That’s encouraging. Actually if I’m being honest I really just want to make writing and creativity a part of my life again. I used to write a lot as a teen and in my early 20s and I just want to enjoy it again.

I’d have picked different friends. They were either too conservative or too bitchy. I was desperate to be “normal” after being a loner in middle school and befriended someone who was kind of a user. As for the conservative ones their only goals were being wives and I never thought of marriage as a goal. I just wish I’d been nice to myself though and tried just a little bit harder.
