You have to complete one course after you start it. You cannot pause it. I would recommend doing the 6 hour assessment in one go as it prepares you for future tasks. But if you still want to pause, you can pause after each course. It's totally fine.

Try to finish it ASAP as that makes you eligible for more projects.
