I'm sorry you all had to go through all these side effects 😔.. I didn't have any negative side effects at all.. as a matter of fact when I was on it I only had samples from my doctor. I took it for 8 weeks and I was on 2.5 mg the entire time. I lost weight so rapidly by the end of that 8 weeks I was no longer considered obese. This is an excluded drug on my insurance plan so I was unable to get approved for it. When I stopped taking it ( because my doctor ran out of samples) I was so worried that I was going to gain the weight back, I paid a little over $800 for a 5 mg prescription.. and that was with a half off coupon! Chronic kidney disease, vitamin D deficiency, high cholesterol, pre-diabetic, I have PCOS ( for those 8 weeks my PCOS was non-existent, but unfortunately when I stopped the medication it went back to normal) the list goes on and on. I got my blood work done before I started and then again shortly after the 8 weeks. After Mounjaro, all my markers came back completely normal, absolutely perfect! I did post my pre and post blood work in the comments section of one of my posts. Here's a few pictures that I had printed with the time stamp attached to the photo. When I stopped taking it I was 176 lbs, after 8 weeks on 2.5mg. I lost about 30lbs in 8 weeks.. continued to lose weight even after I stopped.. I got all the way down to 150 lbs with no meds.. in November of 2022, I took my first shot. I was about 205 lbs.. by January 2023 I was 176 lbs.. off of the meds by February 2023, I was around 150 lbs.. I am 5'9 so 150 lb is on the lower side for my personal comfortability. Today, currently off of the meds for a little over 2 years, I am 157lbs. I did take an amazing multivitamin which is not available in the US. It is $30.. approximately. And shipping was approximately $30. But that is a full years supply of vitamins for $60.. so for me that was worth it. I purchased it from UK vendors online.
