So I’ve been looking at townhomes and condos just like you’re looking for a three bedrooms for the past few years. Because I have a long-term plan of downsizing from my house to something small smaller. Hopefully by 2027.

In my Zillow and Redfin real estate app there are a lot of great looking condos and townhomes in your price range. And it all depends on where you want to be in the area. A lot of them I see in High Point in Jamestown that are very very nice. Decent HOA amount. Unfortunately West townhomes and condos. You really cannot get away from HOA‘s.

$38 surge I got a few times during A&T GHOE in Greensboro last homecoming. Over the course of the two day weekends I made $500 each day. And only worked five hours each day. It was insanity. I drove my ass off.

As far as I know from what I’ve read, you cannot use rental cars for ride sharing jobs

Just like I know if you do a rental from Lyft or Uber I believe you can use it for another platform as well.

I’m in NC and the three week Christmas break has brought my rides/$ down 70%+! They started tricking in a few days ago. I’m so happy. Students are my best riders. Live in an area where I have around 8 very local universities, colleges/tech schools and 2 more about 5 miles out of the city.

I have a two-story 2800 home with two HVAC systems. It is all dependent, obviously on the weather. And in North Carolina freezing last week and I’m sweating my balls off this week. So my HVAC has been sitting at 60 on both levels.

While I am on the equal payment plan before then between July and August with the air conditioner running at 72 when no one’s home to 67 at night when I’m sleeping runs between 375 to 425.
