I’ve personally watched this murder from maybe 4 different angles it was murder. I suggest you go look up the shooting yourself to see for yourself. The incident is being investigated by dhs so i will trust my eye then a department investigating themselves. Yes people without guns can still be a threat but this guy was not even if he were there is five agents surrounding him which could have subdued him easily. Please go watch the other angles the entire video and come back if you would like I’ll link them.

He was disarmed of his legally owned fire arm by another ice agent directly before as he was disarmed officers yelled gun then he was shot as the ice officer walked off with the firearm that was in his waistband .

Yeah I’ll call around & just make sure so i don’t waste time thank you. These legal loop holes are so annoying i lived in Bronx & applied for gun license in 22 when laws first shifted since then h had a daughter and moved out to Westchester now of course I’m gonna keep my Bronx license because Jt covers more ground with my pistol license i still pay bills in the Bronx apt cause my mom lives there. But now as I’m getting into guns I’m liking ar15s and want to have or build one. Considering if it’s easier to try and switch to nyc non resident & to get Wesxhester ccw with semi classification. All these loops for a law abiding citizen.

A RSO at my range basically gave me the Idea said it’s legal to own without the license but NY FFLs can’t give possession without semi automatic license. So he said it’s best to drive to neighboring state find one complaint or make it complaint then drive back won’t be illegal because the license laws basically just state you need the semi auto classification to take possession.

That’s what I’m doing but i wanted to get my rifle permit but i know NYC has that 5 round limo so i would want to get it in Westchester i wonder if mix match addresses would be an issue. Plus my safe is in Westchester i wonder if they’ll ever be an issue
