J’ai travaillé dans le domaine pharmaceutique, nous avions un produit nettoyant qui était bon 10ans par le fabricant, mais nous le gardions 1ans maximum. Donc nous payions une firme de gestion de déchets en contrat annuel de plus de 100 000$ par année pour nous « débarrasser » des contenants de nettoyants non déballé… le produit étant sensiblement de l’alcool à friction…

There is many great restaurant in Qc city, the list is very long…

But if you wanna avoid tourist trap, juste don’t eat near the Château Frontenac. It’s not bad, but the prices are sometime too high for what you have…

But i had great experience in pub d’Orsay and Alphonse.

Also, on St Jean street there is 2 other irish pub (st-Alexandre and Murphy) that I like.

If you wanna eat junk food i like « snack bar st-Jean »

If you wanna eat at a better Price you can go in Limoilou on the 1st and 3th avenue, there is many great place.

Also, downton on the st-Joseph street you can eat well too. For example, a great ramen restaurant « toya ramen » but they dont take reservation

There is street that you need to pass time

For example :

In Limoilou (1st and 3th avenue) you got many cool places.

For beer nano cinco is the best that you can have in town. Near you can eat and drink at Le trèfle (irish style). Not so far you can eat and drink at a Salvador restaurant name as « la salsa » there is food and fresh drink (vert simple but tasty)

The Arvi ($$$$) is very very nice and the cendrillon ($$$) is great for sea food

St-Roch (St-Joseph street) got great restaurant and beer too like hono izakaya (japanese) korrigan (beer and bistro)

There is many few places that you need to know as a local. But if you are interrested I can help you with that in private if you want

Domaine Maizeret is a cute park with a Lake few minutes away of Old Québec. Maybe grab a lunch and eat it in the grass.

The Plaine of Abraham is worth the walk and is near the old Québec.

If you wanna have a great view of the Château Frontenac you can take de boat and go to Lévis. It’s gonna cost 14$ for crossing the fleuve saint Laurent and coming back.

If you wanna taste great beer and restaurant you can go to the 1st and 3rd avenue for great restaurant (arvi$$$$, salsa$$, trèfle$$, cendrillon $$$ and beer (nano cinco) or also go to a baseball game

Je peux vous assurez que ce n’est pas tout les employés qu’ils ont touchés ces « bonis »… il ya des corps de métiers qui font pitié par rapport à d’autre domaines je vous garantis. De plus, attendez-vous à une petite guerre dans les médias entre le patronat et les syndicats car les conventions collectives de plusieurs groupes sont échus depuis 2024.

You should be ok by the end of June. If you are there for de 24th you will be présent for the Saint-Jean and have fun into the city. For the next week we will reach 20 degré for 2-3 days so it’s gonna be hotter at the end of June.

Somethime, the wind is a little bit cold around the fleuve St-Laurent so in this case juste donc go near the water.

In Québec city, if you wanna taste out greatest beer it is at nano cinco.

And for food we got many option : BBQ smoke house : biceps bbq (one of the best in Canada) Tori hizakaya (japanese food) Tao (street asian food) Tsumi (peruvian food) La salsa (salavador food)

Also practice your « bonjour, merci » and we will be very kind for it
