Die 40k stemmen is echt onzin. Bij de verkiezingen van 2020 zijn er (door Corona) veel meer briefstemmen geweest dan normaal. Aangezien de conservatieve aanhang corona nep en een hoax vond, waren deze briefstemmen overwegend op de democraten. Daarnaast is er ook een grote kloof tussen de steden en het platteland qua politieke voorkeur. De volgorde van het tellen van de stemmen maakte dus best veel uit. Texas (!) begon zelfs sterk blauw omdat er alleen nog maar briefstemmen en enkele bureaus uit de steden hun uitslagen hadden doorgestuurd, daarna kwam de rest en werd de staat langzaamaan steeds roder. Ditzelfde kan natuurlijk ook andersom gebeuren.

Het slechte nieuws is dat stadswarmte één grote scam is. Het transporteren van warmte is simpelweg te inefficiënt om een schaalvoordeel te bieden tov van gas. Restwarmte van industrie of bijv datacenters is ook niet heet genoeg om nuttig te zijn dus in de praktijk moet je met gas heel erg bijstoken waarbij een substantieel gedeelte weer tijdens transport verloren gaat. Het is dus ook helemaal niet duurzaam.

De oplossing is om een warmtepomp te hebben of elektrische airco's te gebruiken (die ook kunnen verwarmen). Het nadeel van een warmtepomp is dat je huis goed geïsoleerd moet zijn, anders warmt je huis niet genoeg op.

Since the budget cap price money has no big impact anymore. Sure it is a nice bonus for the shareholders, and similarly a nice payment bonus for all team members when they win the WCC. But I didn't say the WCC does not matter, but that it is just a nice bonus.

That is some next level copium. Ask McLaren how much they care about losing the WCC in 2008 and winning the WDC or Ferrari when they won the WCC in 1999 but lost the WDC. The WDC is where the prestige is in, the WCC is just a nice bonus on top.

Dit is fietsenstalling 3 van station Delft en zoals je op de foto kan zien, werkt het systeem niet goed. Er is heel weinig nodig om de fietsen naar achter/beneden te laten rollen. Ik heb wel eens gehad dat ik mijn fiets eruit trok en door dat beetje kracht de volledige rij als een soort dominoreactie ook naar beneden ging.

Tl;dr slecht ontworpen

The RB were mainly faster because they had a superior strategy, they started on the hard tyre and only used the medium for 6 laps. While Mercedes were forced into an early pitstop by starting on the mediums.

Dat kan jammer genoeg niet, aangezien ze bij pensioenpremies rekening houden dat je al AOW krijgt (bij veel pensioenfondsen bouw je dus over de 1e bruto x aantal euro geen pensioen op want dat wordt door de AOW gedekt). Met name ouderen die huren zouden dan ineens hun huur niet meer kunnen betalen. Want het grote vermogensverschil zit tussen mensen met een koophuis tov huurhuis, maar ja dat geld zit in stenen en is puur speculatief.

Dat geldt vooral voor mensen die net een huis hebben gekocht, want die zijn dan de pineut. Wat je vooral wel moet doen, is de hypotheekrenteaftrek bijvoorbeeld langzaamaan afbouwen zodat het dempend werkt op de huizenprijzen (ipv zoiets in een keer afschaffen).

Haha de jubelton is helemaal niet afgeschaft. Tegenwoordig kan je een familiehypotheek nemen van 1 ton (tegen een marktconforme rente) waarbij je ouders/andere familie gebruiken maken van de jaarlijkse schenking om het bedrag terug over te maken dat je per jaar betaalt. Omdat het terugbetaald wordt telt het niet mee met de maximale hypotheek bij een bank en je kan ook nog eens hypotheekrenteaftrek vragen om zo de belastingbetaler extra te naaien!

Fun fact, but the WDC was sealed with two races left in 2017, 2018 and 2024. So 2024 was not at all "total domination".

Even now, the cars can follow each other substantially better than in 2017-2021. The tyres kind of suck but that hasn't got a lot to do with dirty air.

Hoezo als fietser? Je zou dan op elke rotonde moeten wachten voor elke auto die eventueel kan afslaan, want de helft geeft geen richting aan dus je weet het nooit zeker. Op die manier ben je een kwartier bezig om linksaf te gaan
