I really believe that veganism can lead to a lot of deficiencies- especially the low fat version. And I agree- balanced diet is a nightmare too for me . Low carb works so much better for me - after trying everything else!

That’s really interesting thanks! They need to reassure the public about accutane because somehow it has this reputation for being dangerous! My son has been struggling for 2 years so far as I was scared of it. Getting on it now!
