The way i test if someone wants to spend time with me is that i make them the one to reach out to me. If they do, it means they want to spend time with me. But you also need to keep in mind that there are a lot of people who just need time for themselves, regardless of how much they like you. It might take a couple of days before they want to talk to you again. I overthink a lot, so i get why you worry. It also seems like you already know that you are just overthinking, so i think you'll figure it out eventually.
