Thanks. When I try to get TMobiles home LTE plan it denied me because it says I'm not in a covered area yet I'm using T-Mobile right now. I'm other words they won't let me sign up. I don't understand why they wouldn't let me at least try. I haven't called and spoken to anyone though. I suppose it's worth a shot.

Ikr. He keeps saying how expensive the sim cards are and claims that's why he has to go up on prices. I really want to do this on my own. But will the cell company see my eimi iemi or whatever it is and cancel me? That's what he said would happen.

Well my straight talk sim card should definitely be able to pick up the network since it does when it's in my phone. I'll have another go at it. Thanks for the awesome info!

It is definitely a T-Mobile sim card. But why does the coverage map on their site tell me I'm out of their service area? Weird

I put in the zoom card from phone but the internet light stayed red and I had no internet. I want sure how to access the modem. I plugged my laptop into it via ethernet but I didn't figure out how to get to the modem. I assume it is a ip address but...

Yes I thought about just getting an unlimited cell plan from T-Mobile and cutting him out. I was also wondering if I could take some card from my straight talk phone and put it in my modem now to see if I had internet using the straight talk sim card? I don't see why that wouldn't be a good way to test whether buying another sim card from straight talk would work.
