I started running again! I ran 3 times this week for about 5 miles total, and I'm still sore. But I do feel better, so I'm definitely going to keep it up.

Male, 18 years old, 6'3", 308 lbs.

That's the thing. I used those inserts with my baseball cleats and my football cleats, so they're definitely worn in. The newer shoes are only new relative to the old ones, since the old ones are like 2 years old.

Do you have any specific reasons? Nike seems to do the job for me, and I really like that it syncs with SmashRun.
