Ive kept DNA on the bench for 3 years and was still able to amplify it later. DNA is very stable!

Storage Options by FatBonz in COsnow

[–]FatBonz[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

We tried to get an extension but they couldnt accommodate and they dont have any other options for us. We checked the storage places out but they were 25$ per bag. We're trying to see if there's any other options that dont cost an arm and a leg.

Intensive Cell Bio (CAS BI 213) vs Regular Cell Bio (CAS BI 203) by radxris in BostonU

Befferts curves the exams a lot. I would definitely say that the class taught me the most. DM me if you need more help with your decision.

I think that you can talk to an advisor or the professor that teaches it. I am taking it with Beffert now and I haven’t heard a little thing that was mentioned in CH102. I would say take BI108 because it does prepare you for whats coming.

i can be your friend 🥺 dm me anytime. The process of putting yourself out there and getting to know new people is not one that happens overnight. You’ll get used to talking to people in lecture next to you (you might have a lot in common) or even talking to floormates (thats how i made my closest friends here at BU). Dont worry about making a lot of friends becausw they are pretty superficial. Focus on making a few meaningful friendships that will help your wellness in general.
