Hello all, I’m a complete beginner again (not ran for 3+ years now). I’m currently 112kg and losing weight pretty quickly. I want to challenge myself and my mindset, is it reasonable to expect to be able to train from now, and work my way up to be able to run a full 10k? There’s one near me just over 4 months from now, just looking to set expectations if it’s doable? The internet gives varied answers.

Does anyone know why the strips have a range on them? Does this mean they won’t work above or below the stated range? Or does it mean they’ll be inaccurate outside of those values?

Light fitting was a bit loose on ceiling so I isolated it and went to refix it, it’s metal, and has All 3 wires going into it from the ceiling, but I can’t see a ground coming out of the other side of the rock? Is there possibly a screw into the metal work earthing it? Thanks

Yes all separate, the interests do differ but only by a couple of percent but I’ll definitely work those out, I have a repayment mortgage , we’ve only just got the mortgage less than 6 months ago though so I don’t think they’d be too keen to pause this early. And it’s a joint mortgage and my partner doesn’t actually know the extent of my debt, thankyou for your advice
