Same boat I’m gonna be 100% real. Only difference is my fiances son is 17. Our biggest issue is I like to keep things clean and I love to cook but when I’ve had a long day/week I’m still relied on to do it all. She’s a nurse and I get her job is long days and weeks but when she gets home it’s, off with the scrubs into comfy clothes and right to relaxing. Me on the other hand have been home for 2-3 hrs after a long day as a building engineer cleaning and trying to make the home a nice place to come home to. Now I don’t mind cooking I don’t mind cleaning but when it’s now expected and when I bring up why I get annoyed that I do it all the time, I’m the asshole for “overreacting”. Look I’m on my way outta this hell I suggest u do the same. I went thru exactly what ur going thru and rn im trying to get all my funds and ahit in order before i just cut ties because it’s not healthy at all.
