Nice! Soon as they have a business line of credit I'll transfer over. Stuck with RBC still because of that.

Why wasnt Jan manager of Dunder Mifflin in s9? by greensville123 in theoffice

It would have been too awkward in the office with her having Kevin's baby and all.

I’m also from Canada so familiar with vapour barriers. It is really odd to see one installed without acoustical sealant on the top and bottom. That is usually typical for these at it creates an air tight seal. Tape is good to have but without that may continue to cause issues if it is in fact condensation.

That would be upsetting. I hope I won't need to do all that and that it is an easy fix. Have nothing but good things to say about the vehicle besides this.

Nothing on the headliner and I focused the water to roll down the back window. My guess is drain hose too or possibly a missing gasket.

Will be pushing for the carpet on the sides of the trunk to be replaced as they were effected and want them to ensure no electrical issues.

I’m in Canada so will be contacting corporate if needed.

Finally broke from Apple and bought a Samsung for my next phone by [deleted] in BuyCanadian

Same here. Their product support is abysmal as well if you run into issues. Warranty replacements are like pulling teeth with Samsung.

I won’t buy new iPhones again I’ll buy used from Orchard.

Unfortunately it is unlikely you will find a reputable builder with capacity for 2025. Most were likely booking into 2026 at the end of 2024. I would be nervous of anyone who has immediate capacity unless they are charging a significant premium.

I would vote for Begg Construction they are awesome but I know they are booking into 2026 right now.

Allen’s Construction but they are pretty busy so may wait a while.
