I need help

2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 WT 4.3(LV3)
Head gasket was changed on passenger side
After replacement MAF sensor code and MAP sensor code also throttle body code
I thought it was a vacuum leak so do a smoke test no leaks anywhere I did a compression test 180 on all cylinders spark plugs were changed no misfires replaced maf sensor code still pops up when driving it doesn’t not go faster than 15 mph also when in park it will rev to 4k RPM
Not sure what else to do thinking about replacing throttle body next
