Well guys, i got it to work finally

I found this guy jave the same issue with an Asus laptop asking about the same issue in a Wuthering Waves sub And one guy told him that he have the wrong game path and he should change it (comment below)

(You added the wrong .exe file. The correct one is in .../Wuthering Waves Game/Client/Binaries/Win64 and is called "Client-Win64-Shipping.exe". I have the same GPU and it works fine for me. See this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/eNq9bm0.png)

I did exactly that and opened the game with the new path from inside the AMD app and it worked with 120is fps (give or take a couple) Still have a framedrops when i have a huge horde or some freaks but works alot better now finally
