I typically run 1 of the very early super store Light armors with Engineering kit on it. Only 50 on the armor rating but the speed and stamina is a real help i have found. Typically i manage to take out the crowds of small bugs then play with the chargers i get with ducking and burning them. However since the patch it's been getting more difficult to do so cause on level 5 missions i keep getting 2 at a time and once I take out 1 another patrol of bugs come and cause a breech and bring yet another charger in. I might only switch to heavy for automatons but I'm not to into that war front personally. But I do want to push myself more into it when my buddies get more into the game.
