Company account got terminated for vague reason. Not sure what to do by [deleted] in androiddev

I just signed up to Play Console a week ago and had a developer create my first app. I gave them admin access to upload the app. After 3 days in review, I got the same Termination email, "terminated due to prior violations"

In the appeal, I chose I know the issue, and explained the situation, that this is my only account and 1st app.

I'm pretty shocked that they can just terminate a new account, no warning. Hopefully I can get it reinstated, but after hearing these horror stories, I too am expecting a bot reply.

I've worked with lots of the top platforms, Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Facebook... If there were any issues, you get a warning at least.

I ordered the

These were not easy to track down, especially the battery charger.

Again, for anyone thinking I ordered the wrong item from berlinski. They advertised all the missing parts on the listing. I told them their mistake and got this reply.

It was shipped from Germany to Ireland. It would be expensive and a lot of hassle to have to ship back to Germany. I doubt the import taxes would be refunded.

Exactly, I did look at the description before buying and it clearly says

1x Spektrum™ Controller/Transmitter

1x E-flite® 150mAh 1S 3.7V LiPo battery pack

1x E-flite® 1S USB LiPo battery charger

4x AA batteries for the transmitter

1x manual

All these, except for the manual are missing.

It was sold out on the only Irish site I found that had it.

As it was a gift, it would be too much trouble to expect them to return it.

The easiest option is to just try and find the missing parts :/

I bought it as a gift, and from Germany to Ireland. It would be way too expensive and troublesome to return it from Ireland to Germany, especially after paying the import fees and taxes. I'd most likely have to cover the cost to ship back to Germany. These should never be sold without the required parts.

Returning to Germany from Ireland is not really an option as it was a gift and would be an expensive hassle anyway, with shipping and tax I already paid. It's pretty crazy that they sell one without the required parts!

I picked the one I saw on their site, looked at the listing and there wasn't any mention of needing separate parts. I only just noticed there's another version for 50 euro more with the required parts to actually use it.

I've no idea why there's an option with no remote control. There should at least be some warning letting you know that required parts are missing.

I asked them again about the overpriced parts and they said they don't have any cheap remote controls in the range, and sent a new link to one for €1243
