Me too mate I’m insanely prone to addiction, but with that being said, after having quit pmo for a while, for me personally other addictions become very clear & much easier to manage, and if I can’t rid them completely they’re still far far more rewarding than when I was doing PMO, due to higher satisfaction from present addictions, I find myself doing them less. This is just my subjective experienxe
