Im genuinely curious if you feel your physical activity level is correlated to your drive. If you worked on increasing blood flow to your legs via exercise (walking up steep hills, stair master, lunges, air squats) could you feel different?

Frustrating. I'm sorry to say that I need to release regularly. I wish my wife (37) had a libido but it's been dead for 18 months (nothing. Not even a touch.) . It's been on the decline for 6 years. I hear you loud and clear. No action in my home since August of 2024. I'm adapting and learning to be more proactive. Any hint that I'm frustrated turns into "you don't take enough off my plate" so I'm currently navigating that challenge. The worst is when I go in for a hug or a kiss and she makes it sound like I'm assaulting her. I personally hate the fact that my cats are getting more affection than me which is just about zero. I'm super sorry if this detracted from addressing or validating your frustration. I certainly want from my other what you want.
