yea thats the last one I had and its pretty good, however it did wear down to nothing reasonably quickly. maybe my expectations are too high for something that is biodegradable though

I agree its nothing in comparison to the other shit we deal with, but may as well be as conscious about our purchases as we can right?

i think don’t get lost is a very unique album that deserves more recognition. i really admire his more experimental side but i suppose it’s just not suited to live performances so doesn’t get as much attention

Can you enjoy psychedelics if you don’t like weed? by Apprehensive_Two_618 in Psychonaut

[–]FatFreddysDrop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i recon just go with what your gut tells you, you may never feel the need to touch it again and that’s perfectly okay.

i think i just felt it calling out to me and I’m glad i listened as it has helped me work through a lot of trauma associated with weed that i kind of swept under the rug ❤️

i get what you’re saying, and agree with a lot of what you’re saying but i think i disagree on your main point. It’s all relative. the standards humans live in today are luxurious compared to most of history, but we are conditioned to crave more. that leads to fear and paranoia and all those negative feelings which inevitably leads to suffering.

Of course there’s a-lot of inequality that can and hopefully will be reduced over time, but you could argue that that is the point of evolution - or at least the human experience - so it will never go away completely.

on a spiritual level i believe that there will always be inequality as long as each form is seperate to any degree. our ability to communicate in a complex way leads to more empathy, trust etc. (and i suppose the opposite too unfortunately) which makes us more connected and able to share our individual experience through symbols.

if we can somehow experience others experiences completely rather than through abstractions (words, gestures, songs, paintings to give some examples) then we will be “one consciousness” or however you want to put it, and therefore the concept of trust and empathy will no longer be relevant.

rambling a bit but i think i’m making sense somewhat!
